Hey, I’m Santé!

A fully qualified Level 3 personal trainer and nutritionist, exercise referral certified, with a BA Hons teaching degree.

I have enjoyed the privilege of coaching clients both online and face to face for 7 years now. I have helped my clients succeed with their nutrition and exercise goals and showed them how to adopt and utilise a positive mindset. My clients and I achieve these goals together through building sustainable and enjoyable habits that will transform their lives for the better.

Who is Santé?

I grew up with a passion for performing arts and dance in particular was a huge part of my fitness regime. As I got older I focused less on exercise and just completed the occasional aerobic session with no consideration for my diet and nutrition. I began to suffer with anxiety and depression and lost all motivation to train and lead a healthy lifestyle.

Then around 10 years ago I got back into the gym and began to lift weights. I quickly became intrigued with the benefits and how it made me feel and began to use training plans I had found online. After only a few months I started to see drastic changes in my body composition and I was looking more shapely whilst dropping body fat at the same time.

This filled me with confidence and started me on my journey to become a qualified PT and Nutritionist. I wanted to help others transform their physique and share with them the benefits it has for your mental health as well.

Since 2014 I have put my blood, sweat and tears (literally) into building an incredible community of clients and friends that support and motivate each other to become the best version of themselves. I give my clients the knowledge and support to achieve goals they may never have thought possible. My goal is for you to love what you see in the mirror.

    Santé Fitness specialises in developing strong and perky glutes. We will target individual areas of the glutes to ensure a full workout and maximum growth! Glute training can also help those suffering with knee or back injuries and can optimise your lifting performance.

    Your tailored plan will show you how to burn calories and build muscle. You will lose body fat and enhance your shape simultaneously!


    Nutritional guidance is the staple of all our packages. Without correct nutrition your hard work in the gym will be fruitless (excuse the pun). Nutritional consultations can also be offered to those that wish to learn more about how to correctly adjust their diet in order to fulfil specific goals.


    Each plan will incorporate the three main aspects of muscle building. Muscle tension, muscle damage and muscle stress. This will ensure you build lean muscle efficiently, aided with the correct nutrition.
